Can I Be Charged With DUI If I Am Not Driving?

The shocking answer to this question is yes you can.  If you have been drinking and are in your car with the keys in the ignition you can be charged with DUI. The key issue will be if you were in physical control of your vehicle. If you are unfortunate enough to have drank too much and realized it and decide to pull over and stop driving, you can still be charged with DUI.
